Another enjoyable lung busting 15 minutes of pleasure and pain. After a 15 minute warmup, started hitting the 30 second high notes and then easing up for 30 seconds. Enjoyed it so much, decided to do this 15 times. I find I really enjoy this session as knowing you only have to run hard for 30 seconds gives you a licence to go as hard as you can without blowing up. The 30 seconds you have to get your lungs back in working order enables you to recover to do it all again. However, for those who have never tried this workout, you do really start to feel it doing the last few. Although, the great thing is it is all over in 15 minutes. Finished off with a 15 minute warmdown for a good start to the day.
