I am an Ultra Marathon Runner who gains a lot of pleasure in helping others achieve their goals. My wife Belinda dragged me out of my armchair and back into running in August 2003 after a 12 year break. Since this time she has also joined me on my quest of running Ultras covering over 50 miles in the Coastal Classic at Gosford in 2007. This is an example to people what you can achieve if you are consistent in your training. I hope you enjoy following our paths.

Fantastic Friday

3/12/04

What a great way to start the day. A cruisy 10.5km run in 48:19 to start the day. Ran at a nice comfortable pace in quite a warm and humid day with a bit of cloud cover. Felt nice and strong throughout. I am feeling that my cruise pace is getting a little bit quicker. Must be the effect of the speedwork.

I am looking forward to tonight's Cool Runner Christmas Drinks in which will be a great way to end the day.
