Intervals with wife at her speed and lunchtime swim

Headed out with Belinda for her second attempt at 1km intervals. After a dusty start, she worked into them well and posted faster times each time, with a very fast 3rd and 4th. Nice relaxing run for me and got a real buzz out of her doing so well. It helps keep things in perspective.
Then headed down to Des Renford Aquatic Centre for a quick 1km swim before doing some last minute Christmas shopping.

Yes LL, Belinda is on the road to Canberra for her first marathon. She is showing great improvement in her running as she increases the mileage each week plus now doing intervals, is actually enjoying running fast as well. Thanks for asking.
