Saturday morning loosener
18/12/04
Great way to start the weekend with a very light 7.5km run on a mild summer morning. Ran with Belinda on our run that we usually do in the twilight, but ran it this morning as we're very busy with Christmas. I'm sure you all know the feeling. We ran in a nice rhythm and just ambled along at a nice comfortable pace. Feel fit and finely tuned to knock off the last goal of 2004 which is to go under 42 minutes for 10km. Looking forward to it as MPHaz will be setting a 40 minute pace with Lonewolf and Superflake a great chance of going with him to crack 40. O Runner is considering running the 10km and if he does, will be great company and competition for me as he will be doing his best to run a 10km PB which is under 42 so he can drag me under 42 with him.

3km Time Trial, 30/30s and intervals in a week. Just like Channel Ten's speed week!
Definitely think the sub 42 is there for Sunday, and hope MPHaz can drag us all under 40mins.
Looking good. See you at SMC for a PB.

Friday's intervals were at my wife's pace, not mine. Just an easy training run for me. Sorry for the confusion. I wouldn't be brave enough to put speed sessions back to back for fear of injury.
