2km intervals
21/01/05
The good news is that I didn't fall in a heap today doing the 2km intervals. Whilst the pace did drop during the last one I felt that my form held up OK even though the pace did drop slightly.
Times for the 3x2km reps were 7:40, 7:47 and 8:03 for an average of 7:50.
I am starting to recognise the difference in speeds within myself and was happy I could maintain 4 minute kms for the last one rather than slow to my default speed which has happened the last few times I have tackled 2km intervals.

Straight onto that idea of Ray James I see.
Good effort to keep those reps at under 4min/ks.
See you Sunday.

Thanks for your comment, Horrie; a shower & a good lie down did the trick!
Great work with your interval session! LL
