Belinda steps up to 7.5km

We decided to increase the distance to 7.5km today to see how Belinda would cope with it. The good news is that she was able to get through the run well with the body still in one piece. As well as that, we actually ran at a quicker pace than Tuesday so her fitness is improving as well. Although, just before the 5km mark when running along a newly laid concrete path, she started to feel her ankle a bit. After this, I advised her to run on the grassy strips where there were some. This helped her and she finished the run strongly.
