Gentle 6km with Belinda

After putting all my energy lately into running 6 Foot Track and the Canberra Marathon, I have now decided to help Belinda ease back into her training and will run with her 3-4 times a week.

This morning, we managed a very slow 6km, which was a nice recovery run for me as well as being Belinda's longest run since her injury. The good news is that we both pulled up well, with Belinda having no problems with her ankle. We will keep building the distance gradually and not worry about the pace until her fitness improves. We have entered the SMH Half and the goal is to get Belinda to the finish.

Horrie, your attitude to running is great and infectious. You deserve a break and running with Belinda sounds a great idea.
