Spring returning to my step
15/4/05
Decided to head out on my favourite 10.5km loop again this morning. Was pleasantly surprised that the legs are getting back to normal and are feeling lighter each day. Moved quite freely and finished the run in 48:30. I also enjoyed the fact that the weather was quite pleasant with some nice cloud cover and a nice breeze. Where was this last Sunday?

Horrie,
Thanks for your comment on my blog. I thought the race report was brilliant. Give me 6 months and hopefully I'll be able to stay with you. Re. the comment about doing a road marathon in each state.. I'm very keen to the Auckland Marathon (December?), well NZ feels just like another state of Australia, and the Cadbury Hobart Marathon some time. So as one of only two striders in Melbourne (Kelvin is the other) you can probably count me in if the SS or CRs make an assault on either of those two.
Glad to see that the legs are approaching normal again.
Brendan
