10.5km with Belinda
12/5/05
We again hit our 10.5km loop on yet another beautiful autumn morning which was quite mild and perfect for running. We again stuck to the grass where possible and just moved into the groove of the run. Belinda just let her body dictate the pace she would run and I just went with her. After a steady start, we kept upping the intensity to the point where Belinda was running faster than she ran at North Head last Saturday for the last 3km. We felt great at the end of the run and could have kept going except for the fact that we both had our normal weekday routine ahead of us.

Horrie, hats off, all this running with Belinda is no doubt helping her running immensely. Onya mate.
Congratulations on your PB at Canberra Horrie. Good luck to you and Belinda at the Half next weekend. I will be in the crowd somewhere cheering you both on !
