I am an Ultra Marathon Runner who gains a lot of pleasure in helping others achieve their goals. My wife Belinda dragged me out of my armchair and back into running in August 2003 after a 12 year break. Since this time she has also joined me on my quest of running Ultras covering over 50 miles in the Coastal Classic at Gosford in 2007. This is an example to people what you can achieve if you are consistent in your training. I hope you enjoy following our paths.

Midweek long run

Headed out for 14km this morning. Weather was perfect for running. You have got to love autumn. Cruised along at 5 minute per km pace and kept it there for the whole run. The longer I ran the better I felt. I could have done another lap but there is thing called work that gets in the way of all things good. Oh well, I guess we have to earn a living. It would be good if somebody paid you to run.
