Recovery Run

We ran our 10.5km loop at a very leisurely pace. Belinda had pulled up well from her 23km effort on Sunday and was able to run freely. She is happy to be re-building her base and ran 55km last week without injury. It is looking good for her as we continue to build towards Sydney in September. Hope to increase the mileage to 60km this week.

We're aiming to do the full Chickybabe. Then Belinda's next goal will be to join the Lucky Legs 50km train in Canberra 06.
