Tuesday loosener and Midweek Long Run

Started the week off with our 10.5km loop run at a nice leisurely pace. Belinda has found that a large part of this run can be run off road on grass. She prefers this as it puts less strain on her ankles as well as giving her a harder workout.

Headed out for midweek long run of 14km on my own. Ran it in a tick under 69 minutes with average HR of 149. Felt nice and comfortable throughout and am really enjoying running at this time of year as it is cooler than a month ago but still not too cold to challenge the thought of getting up that early to run.
