I am an Ultra Marathon Runner who gains a lot of pleasure in helping others achieve their goals. My wife Belinda dragged me out of my armchair and back into running in August 2003 after a 12 year break. Since this time she has also joined me on my quest of running Ultras covering over 50 miles in the Coastal Classic at Gosford in 2007. This is an example to people what you can achieve if you are consistent in your training. I hope you enjoy following our paths.

Another 10.5km in the bank

Back to the early rises again after being spoilt the last couple of days. Belinda and I went around our 10.5km at a very leisurely pace. The weather was quite warm and humid for this time of year and it was funny to see this guy running dressed like he was taking on Antarctica. Each to their own I guess.

Yes, the weather has been crazy Horrie. Yesterday I was running in a T-shirt (Canberra in June!) and sweating. Today it's cool again.

Great to read about Belinda's 55:08. That's a top time for Lane Cove. Good luck with the marathon preparation!
