I am an Ultra Marathon Runner who gains a lot of pleasure in helping others achieve their goals. My wife Belinda dragged me out of my armchair and back into running in August 2003 after a 12 year break. Since this time she has also joined me on my quest of running Ultras covering over 50 miles in the Coastal Classic at Gosford in 2007. This is an example to people what you can achieve if you are consistent in your training. I hope you enjoy following our paths.

Calling all brass monkeys

23/6/05

Went out this morning for the call of all brass monkeys to the road please. Absolutely freezing. You can tell there is snow around with that chill factor. Belinda and I set off quickly to warm up before settling into a nice rhythm where we could run comfortably and have a chat. We churned out 10.5km at a nice steady pace. We are now officially invigorated and ready to start our respective days.
