An extra day added to Belinda's program

As we extend the program to over 60km per week, we have had to add an extra day to Belinda's program. She will now be running 5 days per week. As her body and fitness are back to pre-injury shape, we are slowly building up to what will end up around the 80km per week as we get closer to the Sydney Marathon in September.
Today, we were back out on our 10.5km loop and Belinda ran pretty much the same time she did when we ran it before Lane Cove. Only this time, she was able to talk while we ran and felt whilst the pace was solid, it wasn't knocking her about. This was the effect I was hoping for, which gives me the confidence that I have been building her program up steadily without risking injury again.
