Midweek update
21/6/05
To mix it up a bit, I took Belinda on the 10.8km loop that I usually run on my own. We did this run at a lot more leisurely pace than the day before and used it as a recovery run. We were happy to just settle into a rhythm and run in a relaxed manner. It is important to have days like this so the enjoyment remains.
22/6/05
As Belinda couldn't answer the alarm this morning, I headed out on the 10.5km loop on my own. I finished in a tick over 49 minutes feeling great. Despite the weather being quite fresh, I didn't feel cold at all and really enjoyed the run. The aim is to do these 2 runs again on Thursday and Friday with Belinda before tackling the Vaucluse Variation STaR on Saturday.
