Belinda in the zone
8/7/05
We did our 10.8km loop again. However, this time was the first time this week that Belinda wasn't carrying that heavy fluey feeling. As a result she had her best run this week, running at a good pace with her breathing very much in control. I feel as though her fitness is moving up a level as a result of putting together 60+km weeks on a regular basis. We are heading out to Dee Why tomorrow morning to do the full STaR. This will be her first 30km run and will also give me a chance to banish the demons from my last effort there in January where I had my worst long run ever and had to walk the last 7-8km.

Have fun tomorrow guys!
Have to say I'm also keen to try and finish this STaR in better shape than the last couple of times I've run it.
