Belinda shaking off the rust
7/10/05
As I am tapering for Melbourne, Belinda headed out on our 10.5km loop on her own. I must have been slowing her down recently because she ran her quickest time over this course in months. Her ankle is still not 100% but her fitness is the best it has ever been. When I get back from Melbourne, we will work on her sharpening up and finding some extra speed. Because she really wants to crack that 55 minute barrier at Lane Cove next month.

I always thought that he was getting in your way... :-) :-)
Horrie, happy Melbourning.
Belinda, aim at 54 and you'll smash 55!

I'm so sorry I missed sending you my best wishes for Melbourne Horrie ~ I have been thinking of you in this week leading up to the MM.
Great news Belinda on your excellent run ~ I'm sure that the 55 minute goal is looking very frightened!
We'll have plenty of time to catch up on the slow Six Foot track anyway, if not before!
Warmest Regards
