Mid week run
5/10/05
I decided to have an easy 10.5km run with Belinda today as I am satisfied with the way my last 2 runs have gone. We ran at a steady pace on what was quite a humid morning. I'm looking forward to getting down to Melbourne where humidity is not a problem. The weather forecast is looking good for Sunday with a maximum of 18. My only other wish is that the wind is not too strong and it is blowing in the right direction.

Hey Horrie..
Thanks for the comments :) I know I am pooped because I have fitted more into one weekend than should be legal!
I do not tend to use sports drink during or after a run. I tend to eat brekkie straight away during the week, but I was pretty slack on the weekend after the race and then the long run. I feel a lot better today... and scoffed a banana andgatorade after mmy session today :)
The big count down to Melbourne!!! All the best... enjoy!!

I hope it all goes well Horrie. Fingers crossed that the wind will be blowing towards South Melbourne! Go the Swans!
Good luck with the Marathon Horrie. Hope you have a great race mate. Grab an icypole for me when you run past. :)
