Midweek Update

23/1/06

We ventured out for our 10.5km loop, running it slowly to help Belinda work the junk out of her legs. Started moving more freely the longer the run went so it achieved its objective.

24/1/06

It was back to Maroubra for both of us to tackle 6 x hill reps up Torrington Rd. We slowed the pace down but took shorter recoveries so it was a good solid session.

25/1/06

As Belinda is racing the 8km tomorrow and I'm just trundling around with Tim in the 4km, I decided to do a long run while Belinda just needed something short and sharp to turn the legs over. The result was me running our 10.5km loop on my own before meeting up with Belinda and doing 7.5km with her. It was a good run on quite a sticky morning and we are ready for tomorrow.
