Weekend Update
21/1/06
Today was just a 7.5km recovery run. I just wanted to turn the legs over and Belinda is still feeling the effects of Thursday's trip to Pluviometer. Started off slowly and built the pace steadily until the end.
22/1/06
As Belinda couldn't face the prospect of doing a long run today, I headed down to Clovelly via Maroubra and Coogee along the coast before heading back up to Randwick and then back home for a total of 22km in just over 2 hours. It was quite warm running in the middle of the day but there was a nice breeze blowing off the coast to help cool things down. Although there were sections of the run where it was blocked by buildings. I felt very comfortable just plodding along and really enjoyed the hilly parts of the run where I just got into a nice rhythm and went with it. I wished hills felt this good all the time.

That is a nice run on top of Thursdays efforts Horrie - I'd like to see your monthly total km's for January - must be huuuuuge!
Comfortable hills in the middle of last Sunday?
You amaze me, Horrie. It was so bloody hot! Glad you enjoyed it - I died in the bum first thing in the morning.
