End of week wrap
20/4/06
Had another speedwork session. Ran 8 x 500m efforts with a minute standing recovery between each one. Splits ranged from 1:49 to 1:57 with an average of 1:55. Happy with the consistency as most were within the 1:53 to 1:57 range.

Did another hour on the exercise bike and am definitely starting to feel the benefits of the cross training. Finished the session feeling a lot stronger.

Ran a very casual 7.5km today. Didn't bother timing it as I just wanted to turn the legs over before I give them a thrashing tomorrow at SMC.
