2 runs to start the week

I headed out early with Belinda as she continues to slowly build up. She continues to run every second day and this time the distance increased to 6km. This was certainly Belinda's best run since her return to running. We chatted the whole way and I had to stop her from picking the pace up halfway through the run. She pulled up fine and is really looking forward to doing the same run again on Wednesday morning.

I was out again on my own in the evening after dinner as I knew I wouldn't be able to get up early the next morning after staying up and watching the Socceroos. I decided to run my 10.8km loop as it is better lit than the 10.5km loop. Started the run at just a fraction under 5 minute pace and gradually increased the pace until I was running sub 4:30 pace by the end. Stats of the run were 51:32 for an average of 4:47/km with AHR of 149.
