Midweek Long Run

As Belinda has started running 10.5km from Monday this week, the plan was for me to run a solid 10.5km before coming home and then doing the same loop again with her. I was happy to run the first loop in 51 minutes feeling very comfortable before running the second loop in 70 minutes for a total of 21km in 2:01. Belinda was feeling the effect of Monday's run and cleaning out under the house yesterday and was very stiff from the waist down. This prevented her from stretching out as much as she would like. The good news is it is 21km for her this week and she is still running. She is listening to her body and going with the flow as she doesn't want to end up where she was a couple of months ago.
