End of week update
15/11/06
Headed out to Centennial Park with Belinda for a lap of the inside white fence before moving outside for an extended lap which included heading up to Moore Park Rd to rejoin the outside of the park. Ended up running around 12km at a slow and steady pace.
16/11/06
Due to a worsening head cold I was unable to accompany Belinda to SWEAT. Belinda had a lap of the lake followed by 2 laps after a couple of minutes rest in between. She started out strongly before a recurrence of her hamstring problems slowed her down.
17/11/06
As Belinda had a rest day, I headed out for an easy 6km with the head cold slowly disipating.
18/11/06
Today's run was a nice one running along the coastline from Maroubra Beach to Coogee Beach and return. It was a sensational way to start the weekend and a good warmup before the SMC Half tomorrow.
