I am an Ultra Marathon Runner who gains a lot of pleasure in helping others achieve their goals. My wife Belinda dragged me out of my armchair and back into running in August 2003 after a 12 year break. Since this time she has also joined me on my quest of running Ultras covering over 50 miles in the Coastal Classic at Gosford in 2007. This is an example to people what you can achieve if you are consistent in your training. I hope you enjoy following our paths.

Return to Quarry Rd

Belinda and I decided to head out to Quarry Rd to help get her in the mindset for 6 Foot Track. I am happy to report that we had a great morning out there and after doing a return trip in 1:47, finished off with a trip down to the bridge and back to give us 2:25 running time for the 17 or 18km trip.
